Mike Spreadborough Chief Operating Officer |
| | Mike was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in May 2011.
Mike has over 20 years mining experience in large, multi-national companies in operational and senior management roles. He has experience in underground and open-pit mining for a wide range of commodities, including copper, gold, uranium, iron-ore, lead and zinc. Prior to joining Ivanhoe Australia, Mike was General Manager within Rio Tinto's Pilbara iron ore operations, responsible for mining operations and associated infrastructure including the Cape Lambert and Dampier ports. Prior to joining Rio Tinto Mike was Vice President, Mining at BHP's Olympic Dam Operations. He has also held senior leadership positions with North and Pasminco.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland and Masters of Business Administration from Deakin University. |

Brendan Gill Chief Financial Officer |
| | Brendan was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in October 2011.
Brendan has over 30 years of experience in senior financial roles within the mining industry. Mr Gill previously had a 27-year career with BHP Billiton where he held several senior executive finance and management positions, including Chief Financial Officer of the Stainless Steel Materials and Nickel divisions. Brendan has extensive risk-management experience, including the role of head of Global Risk Management at BHP. He also has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, treasury management, business integration and organisational efficiency. More recently, Mr Gill was Chief Financial Officer of ASX-listed Intrepid Mines Limited and Energy Developments Limited.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. |

Neal Valk General Manager Operations |
| | Neal was appointed General Manager, Operations of Ivanhoe Australia in December 2010.
Neal has over 25 years experience in the mining industry and extensive experience managing copper and gold mining operations. Neal was formerly Barrick's General Manager, Operations at Osborne and has worked at the Osborne Operation for 6 years. Neal has also been a General Manager of Barrick's Porgera mine in PNG and the Mt Lyell and Charters Towers copper mines. Neal brings extensive operational experience with a focus on business and operational performance improvement.
Neal holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the University of Sydney, Certificates of Competency as a Mine Manager in Queensland and Tasmania and a Member of the Australian Institute of Engineers Australia. |

John Eltham Executive General Manager, Projects [Contract] |
| | John was appointed Project Development Director of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in October 2009.
John has extensive mining related project development experience both internationally and domestically. Most recently he was with Sino Gold developing their Chinese gold projects and prior to that he held senior roles with Normandy, Newmont and various other mining companies.
John has more than 38 years experience in the mining and mineral processing industry in project development in Indonesia, China, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Ghana, Australia, and New Zealand.
John holds a BSc (Metallurgy) and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. |

Darren J. Millman General Manager Finance & Company Secretary |
| | Darren was appointed Finance Manager & Company Secretary of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in July 2007.
Darren previously held management roles with KPMG in Canada in their Mining Advisory Group, and Manufacturing Retail and Distribution area. Darren's previous roles with KPMG included management roles in the United Kingdom and Australian, and accounting roles based in Melbourne.
In addition to roles to KPMG, Darren held a management role within the audit and consulting branch at RSM Bird Cameron, and accounting experience with Hall Chadwick Chartered Accountants.
Darren is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) from the Victorian University of Technology. |

Adrian Pratt General Manager, Resource Planning |
| | Adrian joined Ivanhoe Australia Limited in June 2009.
Adrian is an experienced underground mining manager and in recent years held senior management positions with Newcrest Mining. Adrian's overall responsibility was for the studies for design of the Telfer underground mine in Western Australia which included a shaft and sub level cave and was a key team member in the Ridgeway Feasibility Study. His previous employers included BHP where he was employed during the start up of its Cannington Mine, Normandy where he worked during the development of their Golden Grove operations and CRA.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the University of NSW, Australia and a Masters of Minerals & Energy Economics from Macquarie University, and Certificates of Competency as a Mine Manager in NSW and WA. He is a member of the Australian Institute for Mining and Metallurgy, and the Institute of Engineers Australia with registration as a Certified Practicing Engineer. |

Andrew Goulsbra Group Manager, Metallurgy |
| | Andrew was appointed Group Manager, Metallurgy of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in January 2009.
Andrew is a 25 year metallurgy veteran who most recently worked with Newcrest Mining in a key project development role for the Telfer Copper/Gold concentrator. Andrew was also responsible for the design of the Ridgeway concentrator. In addition to project development experience, Andrew also has extensive operational experience having held line management roles at a number of mining operations within Australia. His previous employers included BHP Gold, BHP Minerals, and BHP Steel.
Andrew holds a BSc (Metallurgy) and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment. |
