| Sam Riggall Executive General Manager, Commercial | | | Sam was appointed Exploration General Manager, Commercial of Ivanhoe Australia in February 2010.
Sam was previously with Rio Tinto and most recently was Chief Negotiator for Rio Tinto for the Investment Agreement for the Oyu Tolgoi Project in Mongolia. Sam has extensive mining industry experience in many parts of the world and has worked in a variety of commodity and functional roles within Rio Tinto, including industrial minerals, base metals, exploration, investment evaluation, business development, and capital market transactions. He brings a wide range of commercial and industry-specific skills to Ivanhoe.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and Bachelor of Laws (Hons), University of Melbourne and a Masters of Business Administration, Melbourne Business School Rupert Murdoch Fellowship. |

| Barry J. Goss General Manager, Exploration Strategy & Systems | | | Barry was appointed as General Manager, Development, of Ivanhoe Australia in June 2007.
Barry has extensive experience as a consultant in mineral resource and exploration, and is credited with the discovery of several ore bodies and reserves. Most recently, Barry was General Manager, Corporate Development, for Sedimentary Holdings Ltd.
Barry's career began as an operations based mine and exploration geologist, including roles such as Chief Geologist for Western Mining Corporation Ltd in Eastern Australia, and the South-West Pacific region. Other roles with Western Mining included Project Acquisition and Management within Engineering Services, and Manager of Project Studies for Zarmitan Project in Uzbekistan. He has also held positions such as General Manager, Business Development, with Multiplex Mining Pty Ltd.
Barry holds a Diploma in Geology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Masters in Mineral and Energy Economics from Macquarie University. He is a fellow of the Australian Institute for Mining and Metallurgy, a Chartered Management Professional, and a Member of the Geology Society of Australia,. |

| Paul Carter General Manager, Exploration | | | Paul was appointed Exploration Manager of Ivanhoe Australia's Cloncurry Project in December 2007.
Paul has over 15 years experience in gold and copper exploration across a diverse range of locations and mineral systems. Paul has expertise in managing exploration on drilling projects, directing field teams on mapping and multimedia geochemistry programs, and conducting project reviews.
Most recently, Paul spent over 3 years as Exploration Manager for Ivanhoe Mines Mongolia, focussing on exploration outside of the Oyu Tolgoi deposit. Paul has also held roles as Exploration Manager in Mali for Ashanti Goldfields, Senior Geologist in Ghana for Ashanti Goldfields, and Project Geologist for Gencor in South Africa and Ghana.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand, is a fellow of the Society of Economic Geology and a Member of the Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits.
Paul is registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions as a Professional Natural Scientist, and a Competent Person for the purposes of JORC. |

| Andrew Goulsbra Group Manager, Metallurgy | | | Andrew was appointed Group Manager, Metallurgy of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in January 2009.
Andrew is a 25 year metallurgy veteran who most recently worked with Newcrest Mining in a key project development role for the Telfer Copper/Gold concentrator. Andrew was also responsible for the design of the Ridgeway concentrator. In addition to project development experience, Andrew also has extensive operational experience having held line management roles at a number of mining operations within Australia. His previous employers included BHP Gold, BHP Minerals, and BHP Steel.
Andrew holds a BSc (Metallurgy) and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment. |

| Adrian Pratt General Manger, Project & Studies | | | Adrian was appointed Group Manager, Mining of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in June 2009.
Adrian is an experienced underground mining manager and in recent years held senior management positions with Newcrest Mining. Adrian's overall responsibility was for the studies for design of the Telfer underground mine in Western Australia which included a shaft and sub level cave and was a key team member in the Ridgeway Feasibility Study. His other previous employers were BHP during the start up of the Cannington Mine, Normandy during the development of their Golden Grove operations and CRA.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the University of NSW and a Masters of Minerals & Energy Economics from Macquarie University, and Certificates of Competency as a Mine Manager in NSW and WA. He is a member of the Australian Institute for Mining and Metallurgy, and the Institute of Engineers Australia with registration as a Certified Practicing Engineer. |

| John Eltham Executive General Manger Projects [Contract] | | | John was appointed Project Development Director of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in October 2009.
John has extensive mining related project development experience both internationally and domestically. Most recently he was with Sino Gold developing their Chinese gold projects and prior to that he held senior roles with Normandy, Newmont and various other mining companies.
John has more than 38 years experience in the mining and mineral processing industry in project development in Indonesia, China, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Ghana, Australia, and New Zealand.
John holds a BSc (Metallurgy) and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. |

| Darren J. Millman Finance Manager & Company Secretary | | | Darren was appointed Finance Manager & Company Secretary of Ivanhoe Australia Limited in July 2007.
Darren previously held management roles with KPMG in Canada in their Mining Advisory Group, and Manufacturing Retail and Distribution area. Darren's previous roles with KPMG included management roles in the United Kingdom and Australian, and accounting roles based in Melbourne.
In addition to roles to KPMG, Darren has had a management role within audit and consulting at RSM Bird Cameron, and accounting experience with Hall Chadwick Chartered Accountants.
Darren is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) from the Victorian University of Technology. |
