Ivanhoe Australia lodged a Prospectus on 12 August, 2010, with the Australian Securities Exchange for the pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable Entitlement Offer to acquire one new share for every four shares held at $2.88 per share plus one free attaching option for every two new shares acquired.
